Terms and conditions
Last updated: 24 July 2026
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between G2 Voice (ABN 57 635 608 285) and you, the business that uses our service. They apply from the time you sign a service agreement with us or start using the client portal, whichever comes first. If your signed service agreement says something different to these terms, the signed agreement wins.
The service
We provide an AI voice agent that answers calls for your business, takes messages and books jobs or appointments. Before your agent goes live we work through an onboarding process with you, which you can follow in the client portal. The service includes the portal, where you can see your calls, bookings, invoices and contract.
Your account and the portal
- Keep your login email account secure. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your portal.
- Keep your contact details and business address up to date in the portal. We use your address on your tax invoices.
- The portal is for your business use only.
Fees, billing and GST
- You pay a one off setup fee and a monthly service fee. The amounts are agreed with you before we start and are shown in your service agreement and in the portal.
- Invoices are issued through Stripe and sent to your email with a secure payment link. GST of 10 percent is added on top of the agreed amounts.
- Invoices are due within 14 days.
- If an invoice stays unpaid after a reminder, we may pause the service until it is paid.
Cancelling your service
You can cancel at any time. There is no lock-in contract. To cancel, send us a request through the portal support page or email us at [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Your service keeps running until then.
- There are no further invoices after that.
- We do not refund part of a month already invoiced.
- The setup fee is not refunded once setup work has started.
When we can suspend or end the service
We can suspend or end the service if invoices stay unpaid after a reminder, if the service is misused, or if the law requires us to. We give you notice first wherever we reasonably can.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not use the agent to mislead the people who call your business.
Service limits
We work hard to answer every call well, but we do not promise that every call will be answered or handled perfectly. The service depends on third parties we do not control, such as phone networks, hosting providers and the booking or job management systems you use. Short maintenance windows may occur from time to time.
Who owns what
We own the platform, the voice agents and our software. You own your business information and your customer records. Each side gives the other permission to use what is needed to run the service, and nothing more.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms removes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a problem with the service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees for the affected period. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect loss, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
Privacy
How we handle personal information, including caller details and call records, is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and tell you about any material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory where G2 Voice is based, and the courts of that state or territory can hear any dispute about them.
